Accessories and equipment are able to transform a simple power tool in a multi-use tool. These additions are developed on a large scale for the purpose of multiplying functions and improve the performance, quality and speed of the equipment.
See below the main accessories used on a daily basis:
Drills – cutting tools are aimed at making holes in the extent of their need. There is a suitable tool for each type of material. There are drills for drilling metal, wood and masonry.
Drill for metal – are made in the following models: HSS (high speed steel), special steel with grinding and special heat treatment. When used in very hard or hard drilling material, it is recommended to use special oils for lubrication, which prevent drop of the drill cutting loss and also speed up the cut providing longer service life.
Drills for wood – The vast majority are made from carbon steel with special edging and three cutting edges. Steel drills have a specific heat treatment, so they can perforate best dry or wet wood. Some models have a kind of thread on the ready to penetrate better into the wood.
Drills for concrete and masonry – They have a carbide insert at its end (VIDEO) to facilitate breaking of masonry or concrete during drilling.
SDS drills (speed drill system) – They are used for drilling in concrete with quick – change fitting. They are used by professionals who have the need to make large amounts of holes in several steps, as follows:
– SDS Plus: hammers of up to 15kg (varying according to the Gavel fitting size)
– SDS Max: hammers are above 15kg
Diamond discs – are used for floors and ceramics in general courts. They are metal disks with sharp edges impregnated with industrial diamond. Its density in the impregnated cutting surface is what causes the disc has a higher or lower cutting power. There are three models: flat, segmented and turbo.
Smooth – it is used in floors cuts where the side finish is very important.
Segmented – fits very long linear cuts, where the side finish is simpler.
Turbo – is used for lots of floors which require fast at work cuts.
Sierra glasses – There are mountains in the cup-shaped and have usefulness to large diameters. There are many types of glasses blades, which can be used in wood, metal, plastic, aluminum, masonry, ceramic and porcelain. It is a fundamental tool in carpentry, tiling and general construction.
Abrasive – It is a very hard material used for grinding, polishing, sharpening the cutting for roughing, drilling and polishing surfaces, and can be differentiated into synthetic or natural. Much of abrasives for use in the market are synthetic, which can be equivalent to a synthetic mineral. The difference is that synthetic minerals are manufactured and developed in laboratories.
Cutting blades – are made of steel instruments of different types, depending on the application to be given to the handpiece. You can find the following options: stiletto blades, circular saw blades, saber saw blades and hacksaw blades.
Stiletto blades – Found in tablet with 10 blades for use in stilettos. They range in size in width from 9 mm to 18 mm. There are several models for cutting applications and scraping edges and finishes.
Circular Saw Blades – There are blades with teeth welded or seasoned VIDEO. The blades VIDEO teeth are faster and have a better cutting action. To achieve thinner slices is recommended above 48 teeth blades. As for more rustic and simple cuts, blades with fewer teeth are the most suitable.
Saw Blades Sabre – They are designed with locked teeth, which mimic the action of a handsaw. There are different sizes and different teeth for metal cutting, wood and other products.
Tico-Tico blades – There are several models for each desired material. You must find what fit your machine, because they have different fitting.
Bags collectors – They are responsible for minimizing air pollution by particles in workshops, factories and industries facilities.
