When we travel, we ended up having doubts as packing or pack the backpack for travel, e, s aber what to take on a trip, whether national or international, can be a tricky task.

While some people tidy the backpacking with days in advance, others leave for short notice and often forget the various necessary items. But, whatever your type of person, have a checklist of trip is a great way to prevent forgetfulness.

Checklist for travel: what to pack in your purse or backpack, for every kind of trip

Knowing that there are different profiles of travelers, I decided to create a checklist for each type of trip.

 1. Clothing for any kind of trip

Take a few pieces of clothing and use laundry services in the cities. Are almost always easy to find and cheap, contributing to a more lightweight backpacks defined by aparentingblog. In more expensive cities, scrolls washing yourself, at least the underwear and socks.

• CLOTHING FOR WOMEN TRAVELERS

✓ Until a week

  • () 3 and 1 bikini panties (wash them in the shower)

  • () 1 coat (consider the location and weather, can often be expendable)
  • () 1 head band and/or tissue (essential in places of wind)
  • () 2 pairs of socks
  • () 1 slipper
  • () 1 sneakers or boots
  • () 1 sandals, shoe or sandal
  • () 1 bag (if deemed necessary)
  • () 1 belt (if deemed necessary)

  • () 2 pairs of good socks (walking long distances with stockings can cause blisters and frostbite. Before you travel, bought socks from Quechua for about R $10.00, kept me well even after days of walking with feet wet)

  • () 1 sandals, shoe or sandal

Important: if you have a specific event during the journey, such as work or marriage, include the appropriate clothes. In some countries, nightclubs and restaurants, may also require use of social clothes and shoes, please.

Ps: think fondly on the weight of the backpack when preparing to travel, and cut everything I can. When we left the House we think backpacking is good for charging, but after walking for hours and kilometers, the layout and easily pass away from us.

 3. Checklist for camping, places, mountains, forests, hiking and trekking

  • () bat walk (if you do not want to buy/take, use a large branch and firm as staff. Bamboo is a great choice, because it’s big and lighter than other branches)
  • () water purifying chlorine Tablet (around R$12,00, 30 tablets, each one purifies 1 l of water and makes it drinkable in about 30 minutes)

  • () adhesive tape (Duct Tape)

Deck: always a good thing among friends

✓ CONSUMABLES

Banana: prevents cramping is excellent ally in trekking

  • () rye bread (more calories than usual) and cheese Polenguinho (if you’re not vegetarian) for the first days because they are perishable (not nominate take common cheese purchased by the pound, because it melts with the heat and spoil faster than the boxes of Polenguinho selling separate packs)
  • () cereal bars
  • () toast
  • () crackers
  • () chocolate (fast recovery)
  • () jelly beans (used by the military, are lightweight, space-saving and are a great source of energy because they are sweet. Chew them during the walk)

  • () powdered milk and chocolate milk (if you’re not a vegetarian. Worth changing the container if you want less weight)

* For hikes, avoid taking cans and boxes of food containing water as heavy

Take some sandwiches ready, wrapped in aluminum foil, is good for the pocketbook and pro body, but do not use mayonnaise or similar, because go sour. Also avoid tomatoes, because they have a lot of water and wet everything.

Important: in addition to the equipment and food, always tell friends where you’re going and what the return forecast. Avoid going alone to isolated places.

4. Checklist for lugares cold or snow

If travel to cold places or that snow, in urban areas, see this list and add the items below.

  • () 1 coat fleece fabric or soft or 1 Sweatshirt jacket
  • () 1 coat or windbreaker jacket 1 of synthetic material
  • () 1 waterproof jacket (optional, but brings more comfort)
  • () dry fit shirts
  • () second skin (pants and shirt)
  • () 1 waterproof boot
  • () scarf

  • () hat
  • () sunscreen for the body and for the face (especially if there is snow)
  • () sunglasses if you go skiing or hiking in the snow
  • () cocoa butter (the butter relieves tightness near the mouth and nose)
  • () if skiing or playing sports, include specific items, if not go rent them

Important: the snow without having to travel all this? If it is summer or spring, is possible. You can improvise several layers of clothes and be happy. But in the winter, Patagonia, not roll, it is very cold!

Ps: I learned in Patagonia that woolen clothes aren’t worth it in dry and cold. The best is for a shirt, a sweatshirt, and a synthetic fabric on top.

  • () health plan card (if you have it)
  • () documents for minors
  • () vaccine certificates (see the list of demands in the region that will visit)
  • () copies of the documents in the cloud (e-mail, Dropbox or similar)

Important: for flights, remember to remove the hand luggage: sharp and piercing (including Pocket knives and pliers), glasses, liquids and flammable solids, perfumes and deodorants, paint, solvents, lighters and matches, according to the airline.

 7. Checklist of documents for international travel

  • () card and travel insurance contacts in Brazil and abroad
  • () cash and travel cards
  • () vaccine certificates (see the list of requirements of the country you will visit)
  • () passport (and visa if the country they will visit require)

  • () copies of the documents in the cloud (e-mail, Dropbox or similar)

Important: Remember to remove the hand luggage: sharp and piercing (including Pocket knives and pliers), glasses, liquids and flammable solids, perfumes and deodorants, paint, solvents, lighters and matches, according to the trip.
