Arkansas Zip Codes by City

It is not without reason that Arkansas is nicknamed “The Natural State”. The state offers visitors lush nature and diverse landscapes from the Ouachita Mountains in the south and the Ozark Mountains in the northwest to the lower, flat Lowlands in the east. The Mississippi forms the natural border with the neighboring countries to the east. Original forests tempt you to hike, crystal-clear lakes such as Lake Ouachita or Lake Dardanelle for fishing and swimming, and hot springs invite you to relax after an eventful day.

Attractions

The capital Little Rock is located in the center of the American state and is the starting point for many trips through Arkansas. Little Rock Central High School represents a historic milestone: in 1957, nine African-American youth tried to assert their right to attend school on an equal footing, which was only successful after sending 1,000 Airland Division soldiers. Ex-President Bill Clinton honored these young men known as “Little Rock Nine”. If you want to find out more about the former president, the best thing to do is stay in your home in Arkansas: You can visit his birthplace in the village of Hope. Hot Springs and Eureka Springs have hot springs that have been used for short purposes since the 19th century. Even today they promise pure wellness.
