VISAS, ENTRY RULES, CUSTOMS REGULATIONS in Monaco

To enter the territory of the Principality of Monaco, you need to apply for a Schengen visa. There is no embassy of the country in Moscow, the registration and issuance of visas are carried out at the Embassy of France. Required documents: –

foreign passport, valid for at least 3 months from the end of the planned trip;

– a questionnaire filled in Latin letters;

-2 color photographs 3.5×4.5 cm;

– a photocopy of all pages of a civil passport, for children under 18 years old – a copy of a birth certificate;

– certificate from the place of work on the original letterhead of the enterprise;

-medical insurance;

-reservation of tickets for the vehicle in both directions;

-Hotel reservation;

– for children traveling with or without one of the parents – a notarized permission from the remaining parent or parents.

Import and export of euro and foreign currency is not limited. You can import up to 200 items duty-free. cigarettes (or cigarillos – 100 pcs., or cigars – 50 pcs., or tobacco – 250 gr), up to 0.5 kg of coffee beans, up to 1 liter of spirits, up to 2 liters of wine, up to 50 g of perfume, up to 250 ml of toilet water, as well as items and things for personal use.

The import and export of drugs, objects of historical value, weapons and ammunition, as well as animals and plants listed as endangered species are prohibited. When importing medicines, you must have a prescription issued by a doctor with you. Plants, animals and plant products must be presented to the quarantine service. Animals must have a certificate of vaccination and a medical certificate in French, issued no earlier than five days before departure.
