- A sophisticated couple had an apartment of 68 m ², and had as its starting point a project with gourmet. The idea was executed by Studio AZ, who took advantage of the available area. The solution was to completely remove the division between the kitchen and the living room, creating two integrated environments, allowing the couple to receive your guests while cooking and accompany the TV. To compose the decor professionals and owners bet on touches of color, objects brought in travel and striking materials, who brought to the Loft more personality. In the kitchen, the porcelain stoneware flooring black, and the walls were painted with washable white paint, saving a little spending with coating.
To the side of the island, was made a mobile that houses the gas cylinder (inside) and a small cellar, ensuring access to the kitchen and into the living room.
As the area is fully integrated into the room, it was important to keep the warmth and modernity, avoiding the cold and white finishes on cabinets. The furniture is MDF, Melamine-coated black and aluminum, and the sink countertop is granite black Tijuca. Bringing a touch of joy to the kitchen, the edges of the stove won a bench with Red Cristalstone Stelar.
To make the space more cool, professional vinyl stickers in the shape of chose utensil (R $189), that adorn the glass doors painted white according to sciencedict. The doors hide the service area, housing the washing machine, tank and Cabinet vassoureiro.
The living and dining rooms have the porcelain stoneware floor on concrete color, and walls were painted with acrylic paint (Suvinil C147). The jute rug in the living area was chosen with stripes in various neutral tones, breaking sobriety without attracting too much attention. In order not to compromise the circulation and keep things organized, the woodwork was custom-made: silver grey natural laminated MDF, with framed Cabinet in teak wood reforestation, as well as painted doors of gray color. At the dinner table, the lightness of the glass top (20 mm) highlights the MDF base coated with natural black ebony blade. To accompany it, comfortable chairs (R $256 each) of wood. About them, a lamp of white acrylic, with a proportion greater than the table (80 cm), adds humor to the environment.
Next to the sofa, a sideboard, uniting the functions of ornamental flowerpots and magazine rack. It is made of MDF and coated with natural black ebony blade. Above it, a blind synthetic wood with Grey Ribbon finishes off the production.
Beside the wood Island, there is a 10 mm bronze glass that allows who’s in the kitchen preparing meals, watch TV with no visual barrier. He still protects the sofa and furniture from possible spatters from the stove.
The wood shop in front of the bed was made to fit the TV, keep shoes and accommodate a space for a dressing table. The intention was to take advantage of every corner, and also disguise a great pillar that divided bedroom and living room.
The bathroom used only by her husband won black pads-frosted (R $21 m ²) and track on Crystal pads brushstrokes, plus VAT of black ware and lacquered MDF Cabinet, tailor-made. As the space is male, it was possible to use stronger colors, such as black and purple.
In the fourth, the professionals thought of an alternative to disguise the girders that before shared room and balcony: plaster recesses. General lighting is indirect, with tubular fluorescent lamps fitted. The floor wood flooring Vienna oak won, and the wall, Acrylic paint, in a tone that gets close to the curtain, made of linhão. In front of the bed, there is a space with a dressing table, which houses a stool (R $159) of black color, breaking the light of other colors.
Due to the lack of space, the wall between the bedroom and the living room has been replaced almost entirely by mobile, leaving the TV attached to the Cabinet, part inside the room and part inside the room.
The pendant above the sideboard provides a different lighting, and let the more modern location, opposed to the floral adhesive (R $300) romantic, which occupies the entire wall to the side.
A la Mondrian
Already in the bathroom used by his wife, the pros bet on a mix of green-frosted inserts (R $35 m ²) on the ground and inside the niche, in the area of the box. The tub and the toilet seat is white, not to fight with the other colors present in red lacquered glass countertop and Cabinet of MDF lacquered in black, white and yellow.
The intent was to save on the budget, and the tones of the Cabinet bottom came the inspiration in the artist Piet Mondrian, who used basic colors (red, blue and yellow combined with black, grey and white) in his works.
Next to the rooms, has created a unique space for rest, with cumaru modules on porcelain. The intention was to a site with external deck face, keeping the atmosphere of balcony, despite the integration with other environments. The lanterns were purchased abroad.
Gracing the wall, framed postcards (R $45 each frame) as souvenirs of trips, pictures, magazines and some gifts leave the project even more personalized.
