Kendall is a census-designated place located in ” ‘Miami-Dade’ ” county in the US state of Florida. In the 2010 census it had a population of 75,371 residents and a population density of 1,753.59 people per km².
Geography
Kendall is located at coordinates 25 ° 40′10 ″ N 80 ° 21′17 ″ W. According to the United States Census Bureau, Kendall has a total area of 42.98 km², of which 41.65 km² correspond to land and (3.1%) 1.33 km² is water.
Demography
According to the 2010 census, 4 there were 75,371 people residing in Kendall. The population density was 1,753.59 residents / km². Of the 75,371 residents, Kendall was made up of 87.94% White, 4.38% were African American, 0.14% were Amerindian, 3.01% were Asian, 0.04% were Pacific Islanders, 2.29% were of other races and 2.2 % belonged to two or more races. Of the total population, 63.74% were Hispanics or Latinos of any race.
