For the period of quarantine, entry to Australia for citizens of Ukraine is open.

According to a2zgov, the Australian Embassy operates as usual for the acceptance and issuance of documents.

To enter the territory of Australia, citizens of Ukraine need to apply for a visa to Australia. Obtaining a visa to Australia is not an easy procedure that requires work experience and knowledge of the nuances of submitting documents to the consulate.

Visitor visa

All documents must be submitted in scanned form, in good quality, in PDF format with translation into English. The translation must be certified by the seal of the translations.

Valid for at least 6 months from the date of return from the planned trip.

Certificate from the place of work (indicating the dates of the trip, indicating the date of commencement of work, position, salary for the last 6 months and a guarantee of the safety of the workplace. Required on letterhead, indicating the address and telephone number of the enterprise).
Certificate from the bank on the existence of an account and balance + Statement of account movement for the last 6 months. The amount must fully cover the cost of the trip;
Copies of documents for movable and immovable property;
Copies of marriage / divorce / birth certificates of children, brothers, sisters, parents;
Hotel booking confirmation;
Booking air tickets in both directions;
Insurance policy;
An invitation from a person living in Australia;
Confirmation of the inviting status (citizenship / residence permit);
Documents confirming the financial condition of the inviter (certificate from work, bank statement).

In the questionnaire, describe the purpose of your visit (describe in detail what you are going to do, what sights you are going to visit, who you are going to meet, etc.). Since there is no way to describe everything in detail in the questionnaire, you must definitely do this on a separate sheet and attach it to all documents.
It is necessary to indicate in the questionnaire all blood relatives who remain in Ukraine (mother, father, siblings, sisters, children, husband, wife).

After the questionnaire is filled out, you need to attach all documents in PDF format.

*For pensioners, it is obligatory to provide a certificate from the pension fund on the amount of pension + a copy of the certificate.

*For PE, you must provide a certificate of registration + a copy of reports for the last reporting period.

Tourist visa

All documents must be submitted in scanned form, in good quality, in PDF format with translation into English. The translation must be certified by the seal of the translations.

If studying at a school / university, you need to provide a certificate from the educational institution.

Private Entrepreneurs:

Company registration certificate.
Certificate of registration of the enterprise with the tax authorities.
Information about the income received from the business.
Brief information about the company (type of activity, number of employees).

Business visa

Letter of invitation from the inviting company, which indicates the name, telephone address of the inviting company. The data is registered for the person who invites the business partner (last name, first name, passport data), the period for which they are invited and what work the invitee will perform. In the event that the company bears the costs of accommodation, flights, etc., this must be indicated;

For businessmen,

who plan to open their own business in Australia, there are separate subclasses of visas:

888 – a visa for up to 4 years for entrepreneurs who have already bought a business in Australia or plan to invest in government projects in this country;
188 – visa, which is issued for the same purposes as 888, but for up to 6 months. After the expiration of this period, you will need to leave the country;
132 is an indefinite visa that can be used for business immigration. To get it, you need to provide reports on your activities in Ukraine, plans for work and investment in Australia. In addition, you must demonstrate excellent knowledge of the English language.

Student visa

Transit visa

Important! Particular attention should be paid to the part of the mandatory list of documents that confirms that you will not be in Australia for more than 72 hours. To do this, you need to attach copies of air tickets or confirmation of booking tickets to the country of destination. It will be helpful to provide a copy of the visa issued by the country of destination;

You need a transit visa to Australia if you are making a transfer in Australia, and also if the plane is refueling. In this case, you do not even leave the plane, but you may not be allowed on board if you do not have a transit visa.
